Steve Boucher built FHG Advisors on a simple pattern he's seen play out across very different industries: most businesses are already sitting on more revenue than they realize — it's just hidden, whether in mispriced retainers and margin leaks, missed calls and no-shows that never get recovered, or visibility in local search you're losing to competitors.
With two degrees in finance and accounting, roughly a decade inside the automotive industry (sales, service, accounting, and dealership software), and years of experience in financial leadership, Steve brings the same underlying skill to every side of FHG Advisors: finding the money that's already there and building the systems to capture it — whether that's for a marketing agency's P&L, a repair shop's service bay, or a local business's search rankings.
Steve's Christian faith is at the center of how he runs FHG Advisors — honesty over hype, real relationships over quick wins, and treating every client's business the way he'd want his own treated.
